Mother Seed Farm is located on 35 acres in the Western Slope of Colorado, surrounded by National Forest, Bureau of Land Management lands and the Roeber Wildlife Sanctuary. We are beautifully situated in the watershed of the headwaters of Colorado River.

Mission

Our mission is to uplift (enhance, proliferate, cleanse, feed) the natural processes of Mother Earth through regenerative earth-based practices and community building. We seek to empower indigenous voices and wisdom, while weaving our local community into hands-on educational opportunities that reconnect humanity to the heart of Mother Earth and her Life-supporting systems of food production and Life Ways through gatherings and events.

Vision

The vision of Mother Seed Farm is to rehydrate the landscape through innovative design and earthworks, while providing sustainable, earth-friendly infrastructure for those who wish to participate and learn. We intend to enhance the health and abundance of water in our region, while also creating a community center of regeneration, sustainability and reverence for the sacred web of Life we get to walk within.

We continue to offer opportunities to connect with wisdom keepers of various lineages to inform our works here with the watershed and this living spirit at the base of Mt. Lamborn and at the headwaters of the North Fork of the Gunnison River.
